No refunds. Exchanges are available as long as the product being returned is in the same condition as it was when sold.
Washing - All products should be washed at 30. Please do not iron over the prints as you will ruin the product. Iron inside out and be sure to pull the product over the head of your ironing board as you would put it on yourself. This is so you do not ruin product. Also use non-bio washing solution.
